Supporting MetroHealth is an enduring commitment for Christopher Brandt, MD, Chair of the MetroHealth Department of Surgery, and his wife Beth Sersig, MD. The couple has given numerous times to The MetroHealth Foundation throughout Dr. Brandt’s 22-year career at MetroHealth. They recently gifted a fully-funded $250,000 life insurance policy to benefit the Edward G. Mansour, MD, Endowment. Read more about how their generosity impacts MetroHealth.

Every year, thousands of people choose to support MetroHealth through The MetroHealth Foundation. Donors come from all over Cuyahoga County and beyond, but they have one thing in common – they believe in MetroHealth’s mission to provide outstanding care that is accessible to all. Donor generosity helps MetroHealth provide outstanding care to all patients; allows our faculty to teach the next generation of clinicians; and enables the implementation of the newest medical technology.

	The incredible generosity of MetroHealth donors resulted in a record-breaking 2011 for The MetroHealth Foundation. Philanthropic attainment totaled more than $10.8 million, a 12.5% increase over 2010. Thank you!
